- 対処: Microsoft 公式サイトから WebView2 Runtime(Evergreen Bootstrapper)を導入。
%LocalAppData%\DmarcAnalysisAssistant
Microsoft 365
Read(読み取り専用)のみ使用します。
Excel

Troubleshooting
Common issues and how to resolve them. If your issue is not listed here, see Support & FAQ.
Launch issues
The app does not start / stays on a blank screen
- Likely cause: Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime is missing.
- Fix: Install the WebView2 Runtime (Evergreen Bootstrapper) from Microsoft's official site. It is typically pre-installed on Windows 11.
The Terms of Use screen appears on every launch
- Likely cause: Lack of write permission to user data folder, or a terms revision.
- Fix: Re-consent is required after a terms revision (version history is published). Otherwise, check write permission on
%LocalAppData%\DmarcAnalysisAssistant.
Report import issues
Import returns 0 rows
- Likely cause: The folder contains no DMARC aggregate reports (XML / ZIP / GZ), or the wrong folder was selected.
- Fix: Save ZIP / GZ attachments into the folder and retry. Filenames commonly contain
dmarcorrua.
"XML parse error" during import
- Likely cause: Corrupted report, encoding mismatch, or nonstandard schema.
- Fix: Move the offending file aside and retry. Please report the provider and filename to support.
Import is extremely slow
- Likely cause: Thousands of files in one folder, or very large ZIPs.
- Fix: Split by month into subfolders. Scanning is scoped to a single import run, so splitting folders lets you progress incrementally.
Imported record count is lower than expected (v1.0.5 and earlier)
- Likely cause: In v1.0.5 and earlier, RFC 9990 namespace-qualified DMARC reports could fail to parse, and distinct records with similar content could be collapsed into a single saved record.
- Fix: Fixed in v1.0.6. Update the app and re-import the affected reports. Re-importing an already-imported report automatically replaces the saved content with the latest parse, with no confirmation step.
Bounce correlation
No entry is labeled "Bounce"
- Likely cause: Bounce folder not specified, or bounce subjects are nonstandard.
- Fix: Specify the bounce folder explicitly. Some ISPs use localized subject lines that may be unsupported.
Microsoft 365 integration
Sign-in fails
- Likely cause: Conditional access policy, Mail.Read not consented, or no network.
- Fix: Ask your admin whether app consent is permitted. Personal accounts work as well; organizational accounts may require admin consent.
Sign-in succeeds but no mail is retrieved
- Likely cause: Mail.Read not granted, or the target folder is empty.
- Fix: Verify the messages exist via another client. This tool only uses the Mail.Read scope (read-only).
CSV export
Garbled characters in Excel
- Likely cause: Excel default encoding.
- Fix: Our CSV is UTF-8 with BOM. Excel 365 reads it as-is. In older Excel, use "Get Data > From Text" and specify UTF-8.
Data location and reset
User data is stored under %LocalAppData%\DmarcAnalysisAssistant. In v1.0.5 and later, if saved DMARC analysis results remain, open Settings and use "Delete stored DMARC analysis data" to delete them. This action does not delete settings, consent information, management notes, or bounce analysis data. Microsoft 365 authentication tokens are held in memory only and never persisted.
